Why hello there, you extremely good-looking individual!
I’m thrilled that you happened to stumble upon my website. There are trillions of other websites on the interwebs and yet you found mine. How neat is that?
Let’s get started!
My name is Brant Reader and as you may have guessed, I’m the creator of BrantReader.com. You can learn a little more about me by clicking here. This website serves as the hub where I talk about everything I do that actually helps me make money via the internet. I’m fortunate to have built a portfolio of websites and income streams that earn enough each month that I’m no longer required to work a 9-to-5 job.
People in the online business world often use quotes similar to this:
“If I can do it, anyone can!” ― online guru
I used to think quotes like this were frivolous. That is until I did, in fact, do it myself. While I don’t think that just anyone can do this stuff, most people can. It just takes a little bit of learning, a lot of hard work, and a mindset that refuses to quit.
I’ve been able to make running an online business work for me because I complete (mostly small) tasks every single day that help move the needle forward. I did this for months, day in and day out, and eventually, it started to add up and build over time.
And I created this website to serve as a platform to share my experiences with you and document everything I do that helps me run a semi-successful online business from the comfort of my home.
Are you ready to start your online business?
I really hope that you are because below, I’m going to share with you exactly how I do what I do. I’m here to tell you that it really is possible. It’s possible to work for yourself. It’s possible to, quote-unquote, be your own boss.
You can absolutely build a business that will give you the freedom to live life on your own terms doing something meaningful that you actually care about. I know because I did it. And now I want to share with you how so that you can do it too.
First, we need to be able to keep in touch.
To do that, you can sign up for my email list. I solemnly swear not to send you any junk or spam. Just super neat and helpful things every once in a while. And, you get a free gift just for signing up.
Next, check out to the tools I use to run my business.
In order to build an online business the right way, you need the right tools. Here are a few of my absolute favorite resources that help make building websites easy:
Then, get started building your own website using my step-by-step guide.
One single website is where it all began for me. And to this day, that same website generates most of the revenue that I earn in my online business. If you’re completely new and haven’t started a blog or built your first website yet, now is the perfect time to get started. It’s not as hard as most people think.
Not to toot my own horn or anything, but I built this website myself (and I think it turned out okay). The crazy thing is, I don’t know how to write code or anything fancy like that. It’s really not all that hard, especially if you use my guide that lays it all out for you step-by-step. The best part is, you don’t need to have any prior knowledge about building websites in order to get started.
Finally, skim through my reading list.
To be successful as an entrepreneur you must commit to being a lifelong learner. You need to have the right mindset or else you run the risk of fizzling out. One of the best ways to do this is by reading books. I set a goal to read 1000 books and I’m working towards it every day, slowly but surely.
Here are a few books that I recommend that were clutch when I was trying to learn how to build an online business:
Thanks for stopping by!
I’m truly grateful that you’re here. I just want to remind you again that I’m definitely not a marketing wizard or business guru of any sorts and don’t want to come across as one. I’m just a normal guy who builds things online and figured out how to get paid to do so. Plain and simple. I hope you join me on this crazy journey and can learn from my successes (and the inevitable failures) along the way.
